The main ERP is desktop based, but certain applications have been adapted to function in web and mobile platforms. The system supports multiple languages and multiple currencies. The user rights are profile based and logs are being registered for each action done within the system.

Custom Software Development

ABS/ BDTech develops you customized software solutions. As every business differs from others, we design you systems which suits your ways. This can be from farm level management till the high end Business Intelligence reports and Big data management. We design systems to enable Head office level consolidations for subsidiaries. We have expertise in Desktop, Web and Mobile applications.

We can analyse business processes and build software to automate those processes. ABS can also make bridges between different software or provide gap solutions for missing flows.

ABS also implemented data warehouse and reporting solutions.

Examples of implemented systems are: parking reporting system, factory cost price calculation system, ETL layers between databases and data warehouse, GPRS solutions for truck and vehicle follow up, tablet based questionnaires for farmers including Geo fencing.

BPO Operations

ABS has a specialised back office team in Cochin providing outsourced activities for customers.

Examples are: payroll administration and payslip verification, invoice scanning and booking, bank booking from bank reports, foreign currency revaluation checks, consolidation data delivery and analysis, controlling checks on costs, creation of picking lists for remote warehouses, audit on purchase flow and documents, remote master data creation and management.

Numerous reports are prepared and sent to the Principals each week, month and quarter. Consolidation exercises are performed on local databases before the Business are units are closed monthly. This team also prepares high end reports and send it to Top managers every working day.

We have an extensive workforce of Plantation/Financial experts who visit the client sites and give training to the Management and Employees there. The Projects are managed by experienced Project Managers in ABS, who have daily meetings with site Project Managers.
